2022-02-STS - 2022 RFP for Illegal Dumping and Homeless Encampment Cleanup Services

The City of Commerce City (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified business entities (“Respondents”) to provide illegal dumping and homeless encampment cleanup services, as described in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”).  Selected Respondent(s) will be expected to be able to provide turnkey homeless encampment site cleanup services, as well as the removal of large items, potentially biohazardous material, and other illegally dumped and encampment waste materials, in order to restore the work site(s) to a safe and clean condition, as more fully detailed in the Scope of Services section of this RFP (“Services”)
