R26-004DS - Youth Flag Football Officials Services RFI

The City of Colorado Springs Parks, Recreation & Cultural Services Department (the “City”) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather information from qualified organizations capable of operating a youth and adult flag football program within the City limits.

This RFI is intended to identify potential program partners, gather details on service capabilities, and assess interest and feasibility for providing a structured, safe, and developmentally appropriate flag football experience.

Youth during both Spring (April–May) and Fall (August) seasons.

Adult is generally year around. Spring (March-May), Summer (June-August), Fall (September-November), Winter (December-February).
