The City of Colorado Springs Parks Department is requesting irrigation installation services for the three La Salle Triangles located at 1120 Monroe, 1301 La Salle and 1401 La Salle. The work shall consist of installing a new conventional wire irrigation system per plans and details. The contractor will be responsible for all work and prices offered shall include all labor, materials, equipment, supplies and services required to complete the work. The City Project Manager and Irrigation Specialists will provide oversight during the duration of the project.
Period of Performance is Notice to Proceed (tentatively Sept. 15) to October 31, 2021.
