Description

The City of Colorado Springs is interested in obtaining proposals from vendors for an employee wellness program.
For the past 18 years, the City has offered a wellness program called “Reach Your Peak.” The program encourages employees to create their own individual path to wellness by participating in activities that encompass the life, body, and mind of each individual. Points can be earned by participating in Work-Site Challenges, Health Coach Activities, Department Level Activities, Community Classes, Fitness Tracking, having Preventive Care Services, serving as a Wellness Representative for their department, or meeting with a Wellness Nurse (contracted personnel) for Health Coaching.
