It is the responsibility of the prospective applicant to contact Kathryn Ducharme at (303)783-2734 to verify receipt of questions. The questions and answers will be posted on the City’s website by Friday, September 26, 2025.

The City does not accept proposals through RMEPS, the system is only used to communicate the RFP process. Proposals must be submitted via email by the deadline, Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at 8:00am.
