25-12-02 - Traffic Control Device Emergency and On-Call Construction Services

The City of Centennial is in need of Traffic Construction Emergency and On Call Services. The City is requesting sealed proposals from qualified service providers for Traffic Construction Emergency and On Call services as defined in the Scope of Work section of this RFP. The City anticipates that it will enter into time and materials contracts with one or more providers for a one-year agreement commencing January 1, 2026, with the option to renew for two (2) successive one-year periods upon mutual agreement of the City and the Service Provider. No requests for rate/price increase will be considered during the initial annual contract term. The City shall also consider and may, at its option, enter into agreements for all of any of the services as set forth in the Scope with one or more providers on a flat rate basis.
