24-05-01 - Remodel of the Court Clerk and Passport Offices

The project consists of interior remodel within the existing City office space. The work includes two locations: Passport Office: convert an existing 240 sf conference room on the first floor into a Passport Office by relocating existing millwork, customer service desk from the second floor. Limited electric/lighting and HVAC reconfiguration. City Clerk Office: renovation of an existing 700 sf portion of the office suite to create 2 enclosed offices and an open office area that will contain 3 new and 2 existing system furniture workstations. Limited electric/lighting and HVAC reconfiguration.
