WORK IS COMPRISED OF DEMOLITION AND REPLACEMENT OF APPROXIMATELY 3,000 LINEAR FEET OF FENCING WITHIN DESIGNATED AREAS ADJACENT TO THE WILLOW CREEK 3 TOWNHOMES, LOCATED IN THE CITY OF CENTENNIAL, COLORADO. THE EXISTING FENCE, TO BE REPLACED, IS A MIX OF 8', 10’ AND 12' OF CEDAR FENCE. THESE FENCES ARE TO BE DEMOLISHED AND REPLACED WITH THE SECLUSIONS COMPOSITE FENCING BY TREX (NO SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ALLOWED).
