25-09-04 - Batch 3 - Span Wire to Mast Arm Traffic Signal Rebuild Designs

This project shall include all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to reconstruct existing span wire type traffic signals with new pole and mastarm type traffic signals with all applicable appurtenances at the intersections of Arapahoe & Franklin; Dry Creek & Franklin; and Dry Creek & Clarkson.   Additional permitting and coordination with the Southeast Metro Stormwater Authority (SEMSWA) will be necessary at the intersection of Dry Creek & Clarkson due to it being located in a floodplain.
