The primary objective of the Parks and Recreation City Building Renovation Project is to create a dedicated civic meeting space for the City of Castle Pines City Council and to enhance public access to functional, modern municipal facilities. The project includes comprehensive renovations to the main hall and associated restroom areas.

The scope of work encompasses, but is not limited to: demolition; construction; electrical, lighting, mechanical, and plumbing upgrades; and all associated improvements necessary to deliver a fully functional and code-compliant facility. All work must be completed in accordance with the requirements, specifications, and terms outlined in this Invitation for Bid (IFB).
