2025-PW-011 - CM/GC Services for the Happy Canyon Interchange Reconstruction Project

This RFP requests CM services within a CM/GC contract to build a Diverging Diamond Interchange (DDI) at the Happy Canyon Interchange.  CDOT, Douglas County, and the City of Castle Pines are project partners along with the design consultant, Jacobs Engineering.  The project will build a new bridge to the north and remove and replace the bridge to the south, along with ramp improvements in all four quadrants.  Construction would be expected to start in mid-2026 and wrap up in mid-2028.
