Due to the importance of all Proposers having a clear understanding of the scope of the work and requirements of this solicitation, a Proposer must be in attendance during the entire pre-proposal meeting in order to submit a Proposal. Proposals will only be accepted from those in attendance.
Pre-registration Policy: It is required to pre-register for the pre-proposal meeting and only one representative per company may attend. Please email procurement@brightonco.gov using the subject line “RSVP Pre-Proposal 24-008591” and include the name and email address of the person who will be attending.
Attendees shall not enter the facility until escorted by City of Brighton Procurement and Law Enforcement staff. Space within the facility is very limited; only one person from the Proposing Firm may attend the pre-proposal meeting and enter the facility. Attendees will be greeted outside the facility, near the main entrance.
