The City of Brighton wishes to retain the services of qualified contractors capable of performing water, sewer and storm drainage utility repair, replacement, and maintenance services on a Time and Materials (T&M) basis. These services may be scheduled in advance as part of planned maintenance or may arise unexpectedly due to emergencies such as water main breaks, sanitary sewer backups, flooding, or other infrastructure failures. To ensure timely response and avoid delays in addressing urgent needs, the City seeks to establish a responsive on-call agreement that allows repair assignments to be issued quickly and billed according to actual labor, equipment, and material usage.
