Summary of Specifications:
The City of Brighton, Colorado by and through it's Procurement Manager is soliciting written sealed proposals from qualified firms to perform on-call erosion and sediment control services for the City of Brighton, as stated in this Request for Proposal.
The City of Brighton seeking proposals from qualified erosion and sediment control services providers to maintain, install and remove erosion and sediment control using Best Management Practices (BMP) such as silt fence, inlet protection, and vehicle tracking pad throughout varying construction site(s) located within the City limits of Brighton.
The erosion and sediment control services shall consist of the installation, maintenance and/or removal of temporary and permanent erosion and sediment control measures as directed by the Stormwater Coordinator. The required services shall be performed on, but not limited to, any construction site(s) located within the City limits of Brighton. The Service Provider must be available and ready to install, maintain and/or remove erosion and sediment control using BMP on “as needed” basis. Any and all services must be performed and completed within forty-eight (48) hours of notification from the Stormwater Coordinator or the Public Work Utilities Director.
