The City of Brighton is seeking professional qualified persons or entities to submit proposals for professional services for an assessment of all City-owned land and buildings. The objective is to quantify all current land and structures and consider alternatives for their purpose and future use or disposition in a forward looking strategic planning effort. Part of this effort is to consider the history, purpose and value of the asset to the community, budgetary impacts of the property, and to consider the highest and best use to the community going forward.
