The Contractor shall be responsible for waterline replacement along South 4th Avenue between Skeel Street and East Bromley Lane in compliance with the construction documents and Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) special provisions. It is required that you pre-register for pre-bid meetings and only one representative per company may attend. Please email procurement@brightonco.gov using the subject line “RSVP Pre-Bid 24-008634” and include the name, phone number, and email address of the person who will be attending.

Upon arrival at City Hall, attendees are required to check in with the Receptionist and receive a visitor's badge. It is advised that attendees plan extra time for the check-in process before the pre-bid conference is scheduled to begin. No late entry to the pre-bid conference shall be permitted.
