ITB-07-043 - Community Skate Park Construction

Summary of Specifications:
The Work includes furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to construct a skate park on an undeveloped City of Brighton property. The project includes site improvements including all utilities, earthwork, and site amenities. The Work consists of construction of an approximately 14,000 square-foot lighted concrete skate park, associated facilities including: vault toilet, drinking fountain, concrete walkways, landscape and all necessary infrastructure required to complete the project. The project site is located near the intersection of Bromley Lane and Judicial Center Drive, north of the existing Brighton Sports Complex.
