RFP-10-067 - Bromley Hishinuma Farm Exterior Rehab Construction Doc Preparation

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Brighton, Colorado by and through its Procurement Manager is soliciting written sealed proposals from qualified architectural/engineering firms to prepare all Drawings and Technical Specifications for the exterior rehabilitation for historical buildings at the Bromley-Hishinuma Farm. 1. The City has received a grant from the Colorado State Historical Fund, and the awarded design firm shall complete the requirements from the State Historical Fund. This awarded grant is known as the “Exterior Rehabilitation and Roof Replacement of Bromley-Hishinuma Farm”. 2. The Consultant must meet the Colorado Historical Society (CHS) Office of Archaeology and Historic Preservation (OAHP) requirements and guidelines in order to be considered a consultant for this project. The “Exterior Rehabilitation and Roof Replacement of Bromley-Hishinuma Farm” will be conducted in accordance with the regulations and guidelines of the Colorado Historical Society (CHS) Office of Archaeology and Historic Preservation (OAHP). Regular consultations between the City of Brighton and the CHS will take place throughout this project.
