The City of Brighton Utilities Department wishes to retain the services of qualified engineering consultants (“Consultant”) capable of performing water, sewer and storm drainage utility design and consulting services on a Time and Materials (T&M) basis. To ensure timely response and avoid delays in addressing urgent needs, the City seeks to establish a responsive on-call agreement that allows design and consulting assignments to be issued quickly and billed according to actual time and resource usage.
