Summary of Specifications:
The City Council of Brighton by and through its Procurement Manager is accepting Bids from qualified firms to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and material as necessary for the 2008 CIP Street Overlay/Rebuild; Capeseal/Concrete Project, as stated in this Invitation to Bid. Completion time shall be One Hundred Eighty (180) consecutive calendar days(CCD) after Notice to Proceed. Scope of Work will consist of but not be limited to: o 6,875 Tons HBP Grade (S) o 59,140 Tons HBP Grade (SX) o 421,628 S.Y. Paving Fabric o 30,000 S.Y. Patching Asphalt 6” 

o 22,370 S.Y. Pulverized Asphalt o 22,370 S.Y. Subgrade Preparation o 250 Tons Stabilization (Class 6 ABC) o 26,940 S.Y. Concrete Removal o 3,523 S.Y. Concrete Flatwork (T=4”) o 11,530 L.F. Curb & Gutter(2’ Pan Catch)(T=6”) o 117,617 S.Y. Cape Seal o 30 Tons Crack Seal
