Summary of Specifications:
The City of Brighton by and thorough its Procurement Manager is accepting Bids from qualified firms to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and material as necessary for the 2008 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Handicap Accessibility Program, and to provide primarily concrete construction repair and removal services related thereto upon request as stated in the Technical Specifications of this Invitation to Bid.

Scope of Work shall include, but is not limited to: 230 Square Yards (SY) of Concrete Removal 50 Cubic Yards (CY) of Stabilization (Class 6 ABC) 85 SY of Concrete Flatwork (T=6”) 230 SY of Handicap Ramps 790 Linear Feet (LF) of Vertical Curb walk (W=6’6”) (T=6”) 150 SY of Asphalt Patch (Width=2’) (T=7”) 1 Historical Church Entrance

Davis-Bacon Wages will apply.
