REISSUE TO ALLOW ELECTRONIC SUBMITTAL: The City of Boulder Purchasing Division and the Department of Climate Initiatives are releasing this Request for Proposal (RFP) that seeks proposals from consultants to conduct an urban metabolism study. This study will create a foundation for future circular economy efforts within the City of Boulder. The study will include a material flow analysis to map the movement of materials coming into the city, within the city, and leaving the city; and identify hotspots/leverage points of social and/or environmental impact.
