Description

The City of Boulder (City) is requesting proposals from organizations (hereafter referred to as "Contractor") that have demonstrated a history of profiding substance abuse treatment to individuals experiencing homelessness in cooperation with courts or other government entitites. The successful Contractor will offer individual and group substance abuse treatment for clients of the Boulder Municipal Community Court. The goal of this solicitation will be to secure cost-effective substance use treatment, including MAT and substance-use testing, that is tailored to homeless individuals in an effort to increase the likelihood of acquiring and maintaining long term housing.
