Summary of Specifications:
The City is seeking assistance with the cleaning and inspection of 1,459,859 ft of sanitary sewer and the cleaning and inspection of 7,109 manholes. The contract duration will be 24 months. The project requirements include hydraulic jet cleaning, removal of all cleaning debris using a vacuum system, and PACP certified CCTV inspection of the City’s sanitary sewer collection system. All manholes used to access the sewers included in this project shall also be cleaned and inspected. All sewer inspections deliverables shall be provided as a PACP standard database and media file export and all manhole inspections shall be completed using the City’s digital manhole inspection form which can be accessed via an iOS or Android tablet (to be provided by contractor). A summary of the sewer system by diameter is provided in the following table. Various maps of the sewers included in this project, and a sample manhole inspection form, have been provided as attachments to the bid package.
