seeking a contractor to implement repairs and maintenance to two gravel-surface trails that serve as access
roads for emergency and administrative purposes: Sanitas Valley Trail and Mesa / Shadow Canyon South
Trail (aka South Mesa). See the enclosed scope of work for additional information on the project.
