Professional Project Management Services – Law Enforcement Records Management System (RMS) Procurement and Implementation Service: The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from vendors qualified to provide professional project management services related to the procurement and implementation of a new Law Enforcement Records Management System (RMS) for the Boulder Police Department.
