Summary of Specifications:
The City of Boulder Department of Public Works Transportation Division will be making a number of improvements to its transportation network and would like to have an artist working on the project design team for each of the projects to identify locations for and design and implement functional art. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to create a pool of qualified candidates from which to select artists for specific transportation projects to work with through 2015.
