Summary of Specifications:
The City of Boulder and the Central Area General Improvement District (CAGID) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide building construction inspection services (consultant). The services will be the for construction of a below grade parking structure being planned and built in conjunction with Trinity Lutheran Church at Pine and Broadway in the City of Boulder. Final dates of construction are yet to be determined. The Consultant will be required to review drawings, assess cost allocations, monitor construction progress and handle any day-to-day issues that may arise. The Construction Inspector will be required to provide periodic reports (dependent on the state of construction) to the City of Boulder Project Manager.
