RFB-50-2012 - Miscellaneous Concrete Construction Projects

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Boulder wishes to establish a contract with up to three or four lowest bidders to undertake the 2013 Miscellaneous Concrete Construction Projects. Each contract may be extended for four additional one year periods in subsequent years, if mutually agreed upon by the Contractor and the City. The ranges for each project size are included on the Proposal Form as follows: Category 1 - $ 1,000 to $50,000 Category 2 - $50,001 to $150,000 Category 3 - $150,001 to $250,000 IMPORTANT: Bidders may either bid on Category 1 alone or on all three Categories. Bidders on Category 1 only will only be required to provide Bonds in the amount of $50,000 as described in Section 3 of the Speical Conditions.
