Summary of Specifications:
The City of Boulder Public Works Department - Utilities Division requests statements of qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms interested in providing professional services to the city for LiDAR acquisition and processing. The project goal is to acquire accurate elevation data for use in future floodplain studies. The project deliverables will include a point cloud, DEM, TIN, and 1 ft contours. Possible buy-up items to include building footprints with corresponding height information or forest canopy data.
