Summary of Specifications:
The work for which the bids are requested consists of:

Three Bid Options for repair and/or replacement of the existing metal roof and wall panels on the existing Kohler Reservoir cover. The existing reservoir cover includes a concrete and steel frame that supports a metal corrugated roof and knee walls covered with metal panels. Bid Option #1 includes removal of the existing wall panels, sealing gaps, providing new closures, and reattaching the existing wall panels. It also includes sealing the existing roof gutter system and re-grading the existing berm around the reservoir. Bid Option #2 includes removal of the existing wall panels and installing new insulated metal wall panels. It also includes sealing the existing roof gutter system and re-grading the existing berm around the reservoir. Bid Option #3 includes complete removal of the existing wall and roof panels and installing new insulated metal wall and roof panels. It also includes re-grading the existing berm around the reservoir.
