The City of Boulder is seeking qualified proposals from vendors to administer a seasonal gift card program from mid-November through December 31, 2020. The city is interested in partnering with vendor(s) to assist COVID-impacted Boulder businesses by bolstering sales during the 2020 holiday season. The selected vendor will stand-up a seasonal program that incentivizes gift card purchases for consumers by providing promotional, city-sponsored matching dollars, to use at eligible businesses. The goal of the program is to encourage holiday shopping at local and eligible businesses, citywide.
