The City of Boulder is soliciting Trail Construction Prequalification Applications from
Contractors to complete the construction of the Foothills North Trail project.
The purpose of this solicitation is to establish the eligibility of contractors to bid at a later date
on the project. When the Invitations for Bids for these projects are issued in the future, only
contractors who submit the requested information for these projects, and who are determined to
be pre-qualified, will be solicited and allowed to participate (submit bids). The City will
provide trail design and construction specifications, drawings, and other applicable information
during the bid process.
