The Office of Arts and Cultural Services of the City of Boulder Library and Arts Department seeks Statements of Qualification from professionals in the field of strategic planning for culture and the creative sector of the economy to complete the research, public communications, consulting, drafting, and finalization of a Community Cultural Plan (Plan) for the City of Boulder. Consultants will be evaluated for pre-qualification on the soundness of their approach to the project; overall experience with similar project size and scope; experience with public sector projects; and past performance on similar projects.
