Description

The City of Boulder (“City”), by and through its Transportation & Mobility Department, is seeking a contractor to provide public transit operating and maintenance services for the HOP fixed-route bus service in Boulder, Colorado. The selected contractor will provide and manage bus operation services, ongoing preventative and heavy-duty vehicle maintenance at its facility, and excellent customer service for the daily provision of safe, reliable, efficient, and customer-oriented HOP service in Boulder and in compliance with applicable Federal Transit Administration (FTA) regulations. The proposed contract term is for one (1) year, with annual options to amend and extend for an additional four (4) years.
