Event Note

Site visits to see the buildings and roof features, as well as take additional measurement and/photos,
are optional yet highly encouraged. The site visits will occur under strict COVID protocols to ensure
safety of all. Face coverings will be worn at all times during the site visit, and distancing will be
maintained whenever possible. Group size will be limited to 10 total including city employees.
Available dates for the site visits are Tuesday February 16, Wednesday February 17, and Thursday
February 18. One hour time slots will be scheduled for interested parties, starting at 9am each day.
