The City of Boulder (city) invites Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified respondents
surrounding the support of one or multiple facets of a potential City streetlight acquisition and design. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish the eligibility of firms and shortlist for formal proposal requests at a later date when more information is known. This process seeks to prequalify firms with the necessary expertise and competencies that offer a competitive service offering in at least one of the following areas: streetlight acquisition and separation, streetlight system design, streetlight LED conversion and retrofit, and streetlight system operations and maintenance.
