Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to establish a contract for the professional services of a Certified Public Accountant (the "auditor") for financial and compliance audits. The contract will be for five consecutive fiscal years beginning with the fiscal year ended December 31, 2015, and ending with the fiscal year ended December 31, 2019, subject to annual review, renewal by the City Council Audit Committee and the annual availability of an appropriation for audit services by the City of Boulder.
