Description

It is the intent of the City of Boulder to establish a contract with up to three contractors to undertake various asphalt projects throughout the city, including utility cut repairs. The term of the contract shall end on December 31st of the awarded year. The contract may be extended for four additional one-year periods in subsequent years, if mutually agreed upon by the contractor(s) and the city.
