Alameda Pkwy Aurora, CO. 80012, $25.00 per CD. This project involves the renovation of the existing park at Spencer Garrett Park. Proposed improvements will include a new themed playground with ADA accessible surfacing, new equipment for ages 2 to 5 and ages 5 to 12, and swings. Also included in the improvements will be a community garden, a basketball court (full-sized) and benches, trash receptacles, bike racks, a shade structure, barbeque grills, additional shade trees, new concrete paths, existing turf grass restoration and limited irrigation renovation.
