B-4713 - Plaster Resurfacing Services - Moorhead Recreation Center Swimming Pools

STEP 1
Interested Contractors shall submit their Statement of Qualifications addressing only those items cited in Section II. Contractor responses to the Statement of Qualifications will be evaluated in accordance with Section III.  The City at its sole discretion may conduct interviews, site visits, and/or request additional information to assist them with their evaluation to determine if a Contractors Statement of Qualifications meets the City’s requirements. Failure to provide any requested additional information may result in the Contractors response to be deemed non-responsive and removed from consideration for award.                              Only those Contractors deemed pre-qualified after evaluations will be considered for Step 2 of the process. The City will be the sole judge of proposed Contractors qualifications and all decisions are final.

STEP 2
Contractors deemed pre-qualified by Step 1 of the process will be posted on BidNet as a Communication that will include a bid opening time/information to occur the following day. Following the bid opening, the Evaluation Committee will be provided with the bid tab for their recommendation of award.
