SOQ-14-1629 - Iliff Station Parking Facility

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Aurora, Colorado (hereafter “the City”), through this Request for Statements of Qualifications/Request for Expressions of Interest (hereafter “SOQ”), hereby requests submission of SOQs from qualified private entities (“Applicants”) for the design and construction of a parking facility and the station access infrastructure improvements on parcel “B”, depicted in Exhibit A - Locator Map, at Iliff Station on the I-225 Rail Line in Aurora, Colorado as more fully described in Section I – Scope of Services. The city is primarily interested in constructing a parking facility, however, submittals with a master development component that includes developments in the adjacent parcels (excluding parcel “C” in Exhibit A) or that integrates the parking facility with a mix of uses, including retail, service, residential or other uses are optional and encouraged. Any submittals that include developments in the adjacent parcels should provide evidences of prior consultation and consent of property owners.
