Summary of Specifications:
The work performed under this contract entails concrete pavement maintenance strategies including the removal and replacement of PCC pavement, concrete curb and gutter, joint sealing and inlaid striping on Airport Blvd from 32nd Ave to 40th Ave / Smith Road to Colfax Ave., Airport Circle from 32nd Ave to 32nd Ave., Lewiston St from 32nd Ave to 33rd Dr., 33rd Dr from Lewiston St to Ouray St. Ouray St from 33rd Dr to 32nd Ave. Joint Sealing will be done on Airport from 32nd Ave and to 40th Ave. Individual panel sealing with be needed for Airport Blvd from Smith Rd to Colfax Ave. A unit cost is requested for an under drain system installed should subsurface water be encountered during construction. The work shall include, but not be limited to; concrete replacement including concrete removal, subgrade preparation, backfill, sprinkler repairs and sod replacement as appropriate, at each location where work is performed. Minor manhole and valve box adjustments are to be considered incidental to the work performed. Work not specifically called for, but which must be accomplished to construct the concrete repairs required under this contract, shall be considered part of this contract, whether or not specifically detailed.
