This is a Pre-Qualified project. Only those contractors who have been pre-qualified will be allowed to bid as prime contractors. Bid/Project Manual documents, Plans and Specs for this project are available on the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing system at www.BidnetDirect.com.  If you are unable to access any of the documents from the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing system, please contact vendor support at 1-800-835-4603. Bids must be in a sealed envelope and delivered to Suite 5700 where they will be stamped in. NOTE: Purchasing has moved to Suite 5700 located in the Finance Department.
