The Facilities Building K project consists of a roof recover of an existing MR-24 metal roof panel. Work generally includes but is not limited to the following:

Preparation and cleaning of the existing metal panel roof system.
Removal and replacement of existing rain gutters and downspouts.
Installation of a new EPS flute filler insulation, overlayment board, and 90-mil black EPDM membrane.

Event Note

The Aurora Municipal Center (AMC) is closed until further notice.

Each bid response shall be submitted on the prescribed forms supplied in the Project Manual.

Each Bid shall be accompanied by an appropriate guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check made payable to the City of Aurora in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid. Original bid bonds do not have to be mailed; however, each bidder should maintain the original on file should the City request it at a later time.

Bids shall be submitted electronically, preferably in a PDF format, through BidNet and must be received by the deadline. Bids received using another method such as email, mail, or hand delivery will not be considered. Late bids will NOT be accepted.
