Proposals shall be submitted electronically through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (aka BidNet) no later than 10:00 a.m. (Mountain Time) on May 25, 2022. Late proposals will not be considered. File size limit is 25 MB. Proposals received using another method such as mail, hand delivery, or email will not be accepted and will be considered non-responsive. The proposals shall be retained by the City and cannot be returned.
