Summary of Specifications:
Plan Holders for this project are defined as those who (1) successfully downloaded and printed plans and specs from www.auroragov.org/business AND called 303-739-7100 to identify themselves (business name; full address; point of contact; phone and fax numbers) to formally receive subsequent addendum(s) OR (2) purchased plans and specs from the City of Aurora Purchasing Services, 15151 East Alameda Parkway, Suite 4400, Aurora, Colorado, 80012 The work performed under this contract includes furnishing and installation of crack sealing material on various arterial, collector, local streets and parking lots throughout the City of Aurora. The work shall include, but not be limited to, cleaning of cracks, crack sealant installation, and traffic control during installation. A minimum of one half the requested quantity of crack seal material shall be placed during the months of January through June and the remainder placed September through December. Plans and Specs are available for purchase at 15151 E. Alameda Pkwy Aurora, CO. 80012, $25.00 per CD.
