Description

The City seeks an affordable constituent management system (CMS) to streamline management of citizen requests and complaints; assist staff in responding to and resolving issues quickly and efficiently; and provide summary data to aid in decision making. The primary internal customers for the system are anticipated to include, but are not limited to, the following agencies and departments: Parking, Utilities, Parks, Environmental Health & Sustainability, Police, Engineering, Community Development, Special Events, and Housing. External constituents requiring access include any members of the public (including residents, visitors, or businesses) who submit a request or complaint ticket.

Galena St, Aspen, CO.
