Event Note

A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on site at 585 Cemetery Lane, Aspen, CO 81611, at 1:00 pm Wednesday the 20th of November 2024. Followed by a tour of two buildings in the scope of work. We ask that only one vehicle from each firm attend as parking on site is extremely limited.

The purpose of the conference is to discuss the City’s expectations, the scope of work, to perform a walkthrough of the existing conditions, and to answer questions. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is essential to convey the bidder’s questions.

An addendum will be issued following this meeting to formalize any City responses to proposer questions.
