Projects will include, but is not limited to: subcontractor management and control, construction administration, schedules, estimates, budget monitoring, cost analysis, constructability reviews, schedule reviews, coordination of trades, building permit coordination and regulatory compliance, bid development and recommendations, coordination with architect and CMa, site surveying and staking, QAQC, site analysis and management, either self-perform or sub-contract all 16 divisions / 50 divisions per construction specification institute CSI – concrete, masonry, metals, wood, thermal and moisture protection, openings, finishes, specialties, equipment, conveyance, HVAC, fire suppression, plumbing, electrical, communications utilities, project closeout.
